We are committed to developing innovative teaching methods across the curriculum, and our members have a track record in delivering excellent and pioneering teaching. We use comedy performance, interactive workshops, formative assessment, video production, and social media platforms to engage students in teaching and learning.

3S plays a leading role in the School of Environmental Sciences new BA Geography degree, and we expect a vibrant and enthusiastic first year intake this autumn. In addition, we lead a number of modules across undergraduate and postgraduate degrees, and in 2015 we introduce a specialist MSc in Environmental Sciences with a 3S pathway. In addition, we contribute to other modules across the teaching programme, and supervise undergraduate and postgraduate dissertations/independent projects, and PhD research.
